PDCA Quality Control System
Our PDCA quality control system connects inspection standards, quality checks, data review, and corrective
actions to support reliable tractor performance and consistent product quality.
Inspection Planning
The Quality and Design teams define inspection items, quality standards, and required measuring tools based on product structure, performance requirements, and production processes.
Inspection Execution
Inspection teams follow standardized procedures and a zero-defect approach, with focused checks on critical production stages and sampling checks on non-critical stages to identify quality risks early.
Data Analysis
Inspection data is reviewed based on ISO quality management requirements to monitor consistency, identify trends, and detect abnormalities, helping prevent potential quality issues in advance.
Closed-Loop Improvement
When non-conformance is identified, related batches are re-inspected, and the production team completes root cause analysis, corrective actions, and result verification within a defined timeframe to prevent recurrence.
Key Performance & Safety Tests
Before delivery, each tractor is tested across PTO output, hydraulic performance, braking, traction, slope operation,
and road conditions to verify reliability in real working environments.
Hydraulic Lifting Test
The hydraulic lifting test evaluates lifting capacity, response speed, lifting smoothness, and load-holding stability under specified load conditions. It verifies the system's ability to lift, lower, and securely hold mounted implements such as plows, tillers, and seeders.
Hydraulic Output Test
The hydraulic output test evaluates hydraulic outlet performance by measuring pressure, flow rate, and output stability under working conditions. It verifies pump efficiency, flow capacity, and pressure stability for loaders, dump trailers, hydraulic implements, and other auxiliary attachments.
PTO Output Test
The PTO output test measures shaft speed, torque, and output power under specified operating conditions. It verifies PTO stability, power transmission efficiency, and compatibility between the engine, transmission, and PTO system for various agricultural implements.
Traction Performance Test
The traction performance test measures pulling force and driving stability under specified road or field conditions. It evaluates traction capability, tire grip, power transmission efficiency, and load adaptability during plowing, transport, towing, and operation on challenging terrain.
Climbing Test
Performed on a straight, dry, and clean ramp with a gradient of at least 20°, this test assesses the tractor's power output, traction capability, transmission stability, and handling performance during uphill operation under heavy load.
Slope Parking Test
The slope parking test evaluates the tractor's ability to remain securely parked on a specified incline after the parking brake is applied. It verifies parking brake holding performance and slope stability, ensuring the tractor remains stationary without rolling or slipping.
Service Brake Test
The service brake test evaluates braking performance under specified speed and load conditions. Brakes are applied while the tractor is in motion to check brake response, stopping distance, braking stability, and brake balance.
Rough Road Test
The rough road test simulates uneven terrain by driving the tractor over an obstacle section at a specified speed. It evaluates driving stability, handling, passability, ride comfort, and the durability of key structural components under demanding conditions.
Inspection & Testing Equipment
Dedicated devices verify key tractor systems and performance indicators to support consistent product quality and reliable field performance.
