Manufacturing Capability
WOYE operates a modern tractor manufacturing facility equipped with standardized production lines, precision machining equipment, and dedicated testing facilities. With an annual production capacity of approximately 3,000 tractors, we support stable tractor manufacturing across different horsepower ranges, drive types, and configuration requirements.
From component preparation to complete-machine assembly and final inspection, our production system is organized to support consistent manufacturing quality and reliable output for global agricultural machinery buyers.
Tractor Manufacturing Process
Each tractor is built through a standardized production workflow to support controlled manufacturing,
consistent assembly quality, and reliable delivery readiness.
01
Component Preparation & Pre-Assembly Check
Key components are prepared, verified, and checked before entering the assembly process, helping ensure smooth and consistent tractor assembly.

02
Welding & Structural Processing
Frames, brackets, and related structural parts are welded and processed to provide a strong and reliable foundation for tractor assembly.

03
Machining, Surface Treatment & Painting
Key metal parts are machined and dimensionally controlled before surface treatment and painting to support assembly accuracy, corrosion resistance, and consistent appearance.

04
Core System Assembly
Core systems, including the engine, transmission, hydraulics, steering, braking, and electrical wiring, are assembled and integrated to form the tractor's main operating platform.

05
Final Tractor Assembly
The cab or ROPS, tires, exterior panels, lighting, counterweights, instruments, and control components are installed to complete the tractor's structure and exterior assembly.

06
Testing, Inspection & Delivery
After assembly, each tractor undergoes fluid filling, system adjustment, functional testing, road testing, and final inspection to ensure delivery readiness.

Quality Control in Tractor Production
Quality checks are integrated into key stages of tractor production, including component verification, assembly checks, complete-machine testing, and final inspection. This helps ensure every tractor is properly checked before delivery and supports consistent manufacturing quality.
